Caudalie Vine Body Butter Review

Hello, everyone!

First, I'd like to apologize for being M. I. A..  Jazzercise, ribbon dancing, underwater basket-weaving, and Dungeons and Dragons have completely taken over my life.  (I'm kidding!)

This post is a long overdue review of Caudalie's Body Butter.

Retail Price: $28.00 for 6.7 oz.

This rich cream is packed full of skin loving ingredients: grape seed butter, omega 6, and vitamin E.

PROS:  This body butter, like the other Caudalie products I have tried, epitomizes luxury and class.  The packaging is sleek and sophisticated, and looks lovely sitting on our bathroom counter.  It has a very subtle, fresh scent and leaves your skin looking and feeling incredibly hydrated and healthy.  I love the glowing, dewy (not to be confused with oily) appearance it gives my arms and legs!

CONS:  At $28.00, the price may be a bit steep for some.  However, Caudalie occasionally releases coupon codes; if your funds are a bit low, keep an eye on my blog for sale alerts!  Also, the butter is so rich, it doesn't sink in immediately.  A very thin, careful application will accelerate absorption.  (Once it fully settles into your skin, you'll look and feel great!)

Caudalie has yet to let me down.  Check 'em out here!

J-ez! I have missed you, too! I would love to hear how things are going for you, G, and Rocky! This butter is nice. It reminds me of an upscale spa I used to frequent back in the day! (I prefer to do treatments at home now... It's so expensive to get pampered anymore! O.o) Oh, how I wish I could get a facial, pedicure, and massage right now! Are you guys still stuck in the snow? I haven't watched the news or read the paper in awhile. Shame on me! LOL!

libbeh - Thank you! You are so sweet. You always leave the nicest comments on my blog, even though I've been a horrid blogger as of late. I love your icon, BTW. Have you seen the video on YT of a guy dancing... while dressed up in a Droid costume?! LOL! I told my husband that that's what I wanted to be for Halloween this year!

Lacy - Haaaay, guuuurl, haaaay! LOL! I've missed you, too! Are you going to start making more videos? I'd love to see them! BTW, I've been meaning to give your chemical peel a whirl. Chemical peels intimidate me, but yours sounds great! Do you have any other facial "recipes" you've tried? The aspirin mask is great, but I'm looking for some new ones!

Jess - Thank you for your kind words! Yeah, the only "gripe" I've ever had about Caudalie's products were their prices. (I'm temporarily out of work; spending anything over $20.00 makes me cringe a little. LOL!) The good thing is, a little bit of all their products go a loooong way. The quality is excellent, too. OMG... You can never go wrong with strawberry anything! Yum! I have been wanting to try the Blueberry Body Butter. I'm on a huge blueberry kick!
