I actually am really concerned with getting wrinkles when I'm old-so I've been doing some of these exercises for years! I picked up different techniques from different sources, but I like these videos!
The funniest time I do them is probably when I'm driving lol; I can only imagine what someone would think if they were to look in and see me making some ridiculously horribly ugly face! hahahah I don't care!

I actually agree that Yoga can reduce or prevent wrinkles. It is also a good alternative than undergoing Botox. It not only keeps your body healthy but your skin too. No matter how I will look doing these exercises as long as it will keep me healthy is okay with me.
